Refunds and Returns

At Tina Fletcher Art, each piece is handled with care — whether it’s a one-of-a-kind original or a made-to-order print. We want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase.
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and reach out if you have any questions before purchasing — we’re happy to help.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a printing/manufacturing fault:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include photos of the damage and packaging
We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation
Note: For original artworks, minor natural imperfections or brush texture are part of the piece’s character and not considered faults.
3. Wrong Item or Misprint
If you receive the wrong item or a misprinted product, we’ll correct it as quickly as possible. Please contact us with photos and your order details within 7 days.
4. Print Quality or Colour Variation
Print colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to lighting, paper texture, or calibration differences. These minor variations are not considered faults and are part of the printmaking process.
5. Returns Process
To start a return (for eligible issues), email hello@tinafletcher.com with:
Your order number
Description of the issue
Supporting photos
We'll respond within 2 business days to guide you through the next steps.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
For damaged or faulty products: We’ll cover return or replacement shipping
For other situations: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed
7. Original Artworks
Each original piece is inspected before shipping and carefully packaged. In the unlikely event that your original is damaged in transit, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
