She stands perfectly still in the dark. Tall. Unblinking. Tucked safely in her pouch, a tiny pair of ears. The plus one. She doesn’t flinch. She doesn’t run. She just watches, fiercely, quietly, guarding the night.

A one-of-a-kind painting of a kangaroo, created by hand on A3 paper in my studio using the Active Void technique. Including Certificate of Authenticity, Plus One Story Card and Provenance card.

Plus One is an original, one-of-a-kind acrylic painting on A3 paper by Tina Fletcher. Created using the Active Void technique, this high-contrast piece draws from a deep gesso void in pure white acrylic, allowing this quiet, fierce guardian to surface, holding her space.

This is the exact piece I painted by hand. It has texture. It has history. It has the tiny decisions and brushstrokes that make it uniquely mine.

  • Medium: Acrylic on 350gsm acid-free paper (A3 – 30 x 42 cm).
  • Technique: Active Void (deep gesso void, dry-brush white acrylic).
  • Arrives unframed, ready for your choice of float frame or mat board.
  • Ships flat in a rigid, reinforced box wrapped in acid-free glassine.
  • Includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity, a Story Card revealing the inspiration behind the piece, and a Provenance Card that starts this piece’s history — from my studio, to your wall, and wherever it travels next.
