We proudly ship artwork from Australia to customers worldwide. Whether you're ordering a one-of-a-kind original or a custom print, we’ll make sure it reaches you safely.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide.
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
2. Handling Times
Original Artworks: Dispatched within 5–7 business days
Each original is carefully mounted, framed, and packaged by Tina before shipping.
Prints: Dispatched within 2–5 business days
Prints are made to order and fulfilled through a trusted local print-on-demand partner, selected based on your location for faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the type of product ordered:

4. Tracking
All orders include tracking.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your item has shipped.
5. Packaging
Originals are packaged with care using protective wrapping, rigid support, and (when needed) waterproofing materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Prints are shipped either flat (smaller sizes) or rolled in a sturdy mailing tube (larger sizes), depending on size and location.
6. Customs & Duties
International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes upon delivery. We cannot mark orders as “gift” or undervalue items to avoid these charges.
