Ordering & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
- Originals: 5–7 business days (each is mounted and framed by hand)
- Prints: 2–5 business days (made to order via our local print partner)
Do you offer express shipping?
Not at this time — but we aim to dispatch everything promptly and include tracking on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, and shipping is calculated at checkout.

Product Info
Are the prints the same as the originals?
Prints are high-quality reproductions of the originals. While they capture the essence of the work beautifully, slight variations in tone or texture can occur due to paper type and printing process.
Can I return my order?
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered if your order is damaged or incorrect — and only if you notify us before the next print or product is shipped.
Can I use your artwork for my brand/book/poster etc.?
No — all artwork is protected under copyright. Licensing is not currently offered.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- NZ, US, UK, Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Will I get tracking?
Yes, you’ll receive tracking details once your item is shipped.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If it’s been more than 14 days since dispatch, please email us — we’ll check in with our delivery partner and make sure it’s resolved.
Packaging & Presentation
How are prints and originals packaged?
Originals: Carefully mounted, framed, and shipped with protective packaging
Prints: Smaller prints are shipped flat; larger prints are rolled in sturdy tubes
Will my print arrive ready to hang?
Prints are unframed (unless stated otherwise), giving you flexibility to frame them your way.

What is Paper Trail?
Paper Trail is our monthly print club, you receive exclusive prints, shipped directly to your door.
A hand-signed fine art print delivered to your door every month from just $9

How do I join?
Just visit the Print Club page, choose your tier, and checkout.
When are prints shipped?
Prints are mailed around the 25th of each month.
When do I need to join by?
Join by the 20th to receive that month’s print. Join after the 20th, and you’ll start the following month.
What are the two tiers?
- Print Club: A monthly art print and curated updates
- The Inner Fold: All of the above, plus deeper insights, special extras, or behind-the-scenes content
Can I cancel or change tiers?
Yes! Just email us before the 20th of the month and we’ll help you cancel or adjust your tier manually.
