At Tina Fletcher Art, we aim to represent our artwork truthfully and thoughtfully. Each piece is created with care, and while we do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images, there are a few things to keep in mind when purchasing.

1. Originality & Handmade Nature

All original artworks are created by Tina Fletcher. Each piece is unique and may contain natural variations, texture differences, or small imperfections that are part of the creative process — not considered flaws.

2. Colour Accuracy

We do our best to photograph and represent each artwork as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or the materials used (particularly in prints versus originals).

3. Print Reproduction

Prints are high-quality reproductions of original works. While great care is taken to capture the detail and tone of each piece, slight variations can occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production and the selected paper type.

4. No Guarantees of Outcome

Engaging with our artwork — whether by purchasing, viewing, or downloading guided content — is a personal experience. We don’t offer any guarantees of emotional, spiritual, or personal outcome. Art is subjective and open to interpretation.

5. Art as Inspiration, Not Advice

If any artwork, print, or downloadable guide includes reflective prompts or storytelling, please note this is for creative and personal inspiration only. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice.

6. Commissions

If and when commissions become available, they will be managed through a separate agreement outlining the scope, process, and expectations for both parties.

7. Right to Update

We reserve the right to update this Disclaimer and other legal policies as the business evolves. We’ll note the effective date accordingly.
