Print Club Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Paper Trail — the Print Club from Tina Fletcher Art. This membership offers monthly delivery of exclusive art prints and a deeper connection to the creative process. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.
1. Membership Tiers
Paper Trail has two tier options:
Print Club (Tier 1)
Receive one exclusive art print each month, shipped directly to your door — curated, collectible, and not available anywhere else.
The Inner Fold (Tier 2)
Includes everything in the Print Club tier, plus deeper access: behind-the-scenes content, unreleased works, or intimate studio updates.
More features may evolve over time, but the spirit remains the same — making meaningful art accessible and personal.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is included worldwide — no extra costs at checkout.
Monthly prints are usually dispatched around the 25th of each month.
You can expect delivery within 14 days, depending on your location.
3. Cut-off Dates
If you join by the 20th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s print.
If you join after the 20th, your first print will be part of the following month’s delivery.
4. Billing & Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed automatically each month (or annually, if selected).
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel before the 20th of the month by emailing hello@tinafletcher.com.
If you need to upgrade or downgrade, just email us — we’ll handle it for you manually.
5. Refund Policy
Because prints are made-to-order and shipped shortly after billing, we do not offer refunds once your monthly print has been prepared or dispatched.
If you wish to skip a month or cancel, please contact us before the 20th to ensure you’re not charged for the upcoming print.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your print arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 days of dispatch, please email us — we’ll work with you to make it right.
7. Right to Update
We may adjust the structure or benefits of Paper Trail in future, but we’ll always communicate clearly and respectfully ahead of any changes.
