Here is everything you need to know about how your artwork gets from my studio to your door, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Shipping
Shipping Rates
Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $200 USD. Flat rate of $14.95 USD for all orders under $200 USD.
Processing Time
I aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days of receiving your order.
Delivery Times
Australia: 3–7 business days. International: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking
Every order is sent with a tracking number. You will receive this via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
International Customs
For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. I am unable to predict or control these charges.
Packaging
Artwork is packed with great care. Prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a protective tube. Originals are wrapped in acid-free glassine, backed with rigid cardboard, and shipped in a sturdy box.
Returns
Change of Mind
I do not accept returns for change of mind. As a small business, every piece is created and packed by hand with care. Please take the time to confirm you truly want the piece before placing your order. I am always happy to answer questions about sizing, framing, or placement before you purchase to help you make the right decision.
Damaged in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Take photos of the packaging and the damage, and send them to me along with your order number. I will arrange a replacement or a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me immediately. If the order has not yet been packed and dispatched, I will do my best to cancel it. Once it has been shipped, I am unable to cancel it.
