Please use this website lawfully and respectfully. Content is provided for general information and may be updated as the artwork and site develop. Tina Fletcher Art may correct or update website content from time to time.

Marketplace Purchases

Original paintings are offered through the Tina Fletcher Art eBay storefront. Selected fine-art prints are offered through Etsy. Listing details, prices, availability, checkout, payment, shipping, returns and order support are handled under the applicable marketplace and seller terms. The website does not take payment for artwork.

Commissions

Original commissioned paintings are available by enquiry through the Commissions page. Commission prices start at AU$500. The price and scope are agreed before painting begins. No deposit is required. When the painting is complete, Tina will show it to the customer before they decide whether to purchase it. If they decide not to purchase it, the painting remains Tina’s property and may be offered for sale elsewhere.

Unless otherwise stated, artwork, photographs, writing and other original content on this website belong to Tina Fletcher and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish or commercially use this material without prior written permission. Buying a physical painting or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
