You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any artwork or images from this site without prior written permission. Buying a piece of art does not transfer copyright — you are purchasing the physical artwork, not the rights to reproduce or commercialise it.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars. Payment is processed securely through WooCommerce, Stripe, and PayPal. I do not store your payment details. I reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but I will honour the price shown at checkout for your order.

Order Confirmations & Errors

If I discover an error in your order (such as incorrect pricing or a piece that has already sold), I will contact you as soon as possible. I reserve the right to cancel an order if an error occurs.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are outlined on the Shipping & Returns page. I do my best to meet delivery estimates, but I am not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather events.

Returns & Refunds

Return and refund policies are outlined in detail on the Shipping & Returns page. In summary: no returns for change of mind; damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; I reserve the right to assess damage claims on a case-by-case basis.
