Print Club FAQ

Print Club is a little piece of my studio arriving in your mailbox every month.

Each month I paint a new original specifically for Print Club and turn it into an exclusive A6 art print for members.

You’ll also get a letter from me, written from wherever I happen to be living and painting that month.

VIP members get a second artwork each month, created just for them.

Print Club

Each month you’ll receive:

• An exclusive A6 art print, 105 × 148 mm
• Printed on approximately 200gsm matte art paper
• A letter from me
• An extra print in your birthday month
• 48-hour early access to each completed Wall
• Worldwide shipping included

Print Club VIP

You’ll get everything above, plus a second A6 artwork created specifically for VIP each month.

The VIP print won’t be released publicly as a print. The original artwork may still find its way onto a Wall and be available to buy.

The monthly Print Club artwork is created specifically for the Club.

The VIP artwork is even more tucked away. That print won’t be released publicly.

The original paintings are a different story. They may still appear on a Wall and be available to buy as originals.

A6, which is 105 × 148 mm.

Small enough to collect without needing another house to put them all in.

Join by the 25th and you’re in for that month’s artwork.

I pack everything together at the end of the month and aim to have the envelopes on their way between the 1st and 3rd of the following month.

So if you join by October 25, you’ll receive October’s Print Club artwork, posted in early November.

Join after October 25 and you’ll start with November’s artwork.

Yes. Wherever you are in the world, shipping is included in your membership price.

Print Club travels the old-fashioned way, by standard letter mail, so there’s no tracking number to follow.

It keeps the little monthly envelope simple and means I can send it anywhere without adding international shipping charges to your membership.

That depends on where in the world you are.

Everything leaves Australia around the same time, but international post can take a little longer depending on where it’s heading.

Because Print Club is sent by standard letter mail, there isn’t a tracking number to check along the way.

If you’ve given it a reasonable amount of time for where you live and it still hasn’t appeared, email me at hello@tinafletcher.com.

We’ll work it out.

You get an extra print.

I only need to know your birthday month. I don’t need the date or year.

Consider it a little something extra in the envelope from me.

Print Club and VIP members get access to each completed Wall 48 hours before it opens publicly.

I’ll send you the details before the Wall opens so you can have a look and buy first if something has your name on it.

For the first Wall release, Print Club and VIP members get the usual 48-hour early access.

There’s also a one-off extra for this first Wall.

If you’re a Print Club or VIP member and buy an original or print from the October Wall during the release, I’ll include an extra A6 print from the Wall with your order.

Just for the first one.

Print Club is a monthly membership, so it renews automatically each month using the payment method you used when you joined.

You’ll see your membership price and currency before you subscribe.

Print Club isn’t something I want you trapped in.

You can manage or cancel your membership through Manage Your Membership.

Cancellation stops future renewals according to the membership system.

If your address changes, update it in your Tina Fletcher account.

If you’ve moved close to the monthly mailing date, send me a quick email at hello@tinafletcher.com as well so your little envelope doesn’t head off to your old house.

Print Club and Print Club VIP are monthly recurring memberships. When you join, your membership renews automatically each month using the payment method you chose at checkout until you cancel.

Join by the 25th to receive that month’s artwork. Join after the 25th and you’ll start with the following month’s artwork. I aim to post each month’s envelopes between the 1st and 3rd of the following month.

Worldwide shipping is included. Print Club is sent by standard untracked letter mail, so delivery times will vary depending on where you live.

The artwork is yours to enjoy, frame, collect and cover your walls with. Copyright stays with me, so buying or receiving a print doesn’t include the right to reproduce or commercially use the artwork.

You can cancel your membership through Manage Your Membership. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the cancellation options available through your account.

Nothing here takes away any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
